Out of my last 9 experiences ( including my friends, relatives experience), there were wrong entry of products and prices 7 times.
Also there are several complaints of arrogance and rudeness shown to customers by their staff. One of their senior cashier Mr. Mani of Koramangala Branch had acted very rude in front of me to another customer in February 2012
