An experience similar to the one above. Paid good money for a Fraxel CO2 laser and requested to be treated by Dr Deepak Shetty. Needless to say agreeing to do without the bill because one trusts the doctor, is a mistake. In the room, met this lady doctor instead, who advised me to go with the the Palomar (?). I was told it was the better option. Looking back, she probably didn't want to do the numbing-cream-and-wait routine because the treatment was over in under ten minutes. She didn't treat my chin and forehead. There has been zero impact on my zits and pigmentation. There are ways clinics prolong your treatment so one can profit from it.
Follow-up was pretty bad too. I re-confirmed my appointment with the doctor before I left home. I was made to wait for about 45 minutes and shuffled around. I brought up all these issues with the lady doctor, who rather rudely suggested the effect doesn't show on the surface "but works on the inside". The issue is - I went to a cosmetic clinic not a healing centre. Good money and time spent on no results. I have not gone back since.
Exceptionally poor service. Incompetent & insolent doctors. I got my braces here and the clinic was terrible at keeping appointments. The doctors always made you wait. They installed one separator and the other one.. they asked me to come back the next day after making me wait for forty minutes. My next appointment - after an hour's wait, Dr Vinay told me he had an emergency and I'd have to wait another half hour. In sometime, I walked into his office and he was having a chat with someone. I took my treatment to another clinic. I wasted my time and money.
