I bought AC on the 14/04/2012. I was told delivery will be done on Monday the following week and installation will be done on next day which is Tuesday. I had to call various numbers given by their customer care services and finally after having threatened to send the AC back it was fixed on Thursday. After fixing the AC it does not work. So I called the service center on 44722222 which is a night mare to get through as it always busy and is the only number. The complain was done on 25/04/2012 at 11.20am and was told it will be attended to within 48 hours. I have been trying to call them since this afternoon and I cannot just get through to the service center. This is really bad service and I pray some one in the higher management take note of this as I have promised myself never to do any purchase from Reliance anymore as they are not reliable.
