What a feast of gastronomical delights. I am a caucasian woman new to India and Indian Cooking. The demonstration was very clear with many alterations/ substitutions. The method is very easy to follow. Most of all I loved Mrs Pai she is a very generous patient lady.. answered all my many questions. All in all I am going back for more....
