Be cautious of visiting Rajshekar hospital at JP Nagar fecility. Also, pl. go through below of our experience...avoid visiting mony minded and ruthless hospital. We had been to hospital on First May 2012, around 8.45PM to consult Orthopedic specialist regarding a bone problem in the right thumb. Receiptionist started connecting doctor with desperation many times as the concerned doctor was in Operation theatre. His name is Dr. Rahul. The usual sese is not to disturb doctor when doctor is in Operation theate. We told that we will be back tomorrow, however, hospital made sure not to loose the patient. Finally doctor has come out at 9.20PM and called the patient. Started consulting and even he called later mentioned that was no problem in the bone. Started explaining the medical terms related to bone. My wife told him in between that i do have sinusitis, so called doctor has started looking into sinusits prescribed medicine and started explaining consequences of using many medicine. During the conversation, i realized that the doctor is going to charge not less than 200/- becuase, he has to justify for consulation charges, so that big converation. Prior to this, doctor has come to know that, husband and wift both are working, so the need of lengthy conversation i guess to justify. Finally charged 250/- as consulation with some casual prescription. Another incident was, when consulted Dr. Kushik (ENT Specialst) who visites Rajashekar hospital. He is very nice in talking and very intellegent in prescribing the medicine. He always makes sure Patients come for next time also as we experienced. He alway opt for temprory solution, so that, patient can come back again. Each time he charges 250/- forgetting of very previous consulation. He is a kind of ruthless doctor, as once, my wife was unable to breath and called to Rajashekar hospital for doctor number, they strongly insisted to give doctor number and asked to come and visit hospital though the doctor was in the hospital inspite of telling the urgency related to life. After several argument with several call with confirmation that, we previously consulted the same doctor and again assurance of coming back, hospital has given the number. When we called the doctor, we made sure he was free to talk and also need of urgency, asked him his advice. He was reluctant to give advice and asked to come to hospital in the night when he visits inspite of knowing the urgency. Later shutdown the phone abruptly and never call us back. He is really a ruthless and un-profession doctor in our term. Conclusion: After the consultation, i told my wife that, don't use prescribed medicine however we lost our vauable time and money instead could have visited good hospital. This is one of the worst hospital ever seen my me in my life. Guys, our advise is, don't visit this hospital at any urgency as they are desperate in generating the money and not treating the patient. Service and infrastructure is very poor in the JP Nagar hospital fecility, so, chaces of getting deterioration and end result would be, generating revenue for hospital and demond more visit to hospital. Pl. avoid...avoid....avoid...of visiting this hospital irrespective of whatever the patient condition.
