People if u love ur car dont ever give ur car for service in this place. i gave my vento for service here on 9th of may, got a cal from them saying the car was ready on 9th evening , went to collect my car on the 10th and was horrified!! my mom's first reaction on seeing the car was "is this our car?" b'coz the car was extremely dirty , i said it was fine cuz it might have rained the previous day, the nxt shock was the car did not start , why?? b'coz they kept the ignition on and the battery was down. they said it would be alrite in sometime, i said fine. the next thing i saw was the bumper was broken!!! , these clever people have nicely banged the car to some wall and painted the damaged area and kept thinking i wudnt notice it, after being questioned they agreed it was their mistake. is this how u take care of ur customer? my car is jus a year old and doesnt have any scratch on it , thanks to volswagen downtown for taking such good care of my car!!!
