I am totally dissatisfied with hypercity Whitefield. In Sept 2011, I was given a defective cycle which had problem in the tyre and the handle in just 3 days. When I asked to give me a refund or a replacement, I was denied. I am also totally dissapointed with the impolite behaviour of the cycle staff , specially the manager in the cycle department.
It has been a very disgusting experience, I had wasted my 5 hours just for this. My request for refund or a replacement for the cycle was also not accepted.
Then again in one month, the brakes got broken, the supporting side wheel got broken, what a waste of money!!!!
I am totally pissed off whenever I see that cycle and request that the cycle should be immediately removed from stores so that there is no cheating to the future customers
