My facial experience at this Spa was an absolute nightmare!!! I had my facial done without any proper consultation with a skin therapist . At this spa,you have a receptionist looking at your skin for few seconds and then randomly choosing a facial for you without analyzing or checking for skin sensitivity despite informing her that the skin is sensitive.
I have been acne sufferer for years and invested a lot of time , energy and money in resolving my skin condition over the years. I had almost succeeded in eliminating old blemishes and controlling new breakouts when the treatment at this spa ruined my skin only to add on
to my woes!The so called skin therapist is obviously does not seem like a qualified therapist as she does not care to cover/ protect my eyes prior to the facial which had all the lotions,creams seeping into my eyes , despite me telling her each time that my eyes are burning. The exfoliation left me with some rashes and had me breaking out 2 days later.
if ever you try this place , try at your own risk as you are definitely asking for trouble!
