I am utterly dissatisfied with the store management and the after sales service. I got a Symphony Diet 50 CR cooler delivered today after confirming that its a fresh stock. but when i checked i noticed that Its a showroom piece with no base legs, warranty card, manual and remote & a torn cardboard box. On calling the centralized call center i was told this cooler does not come with a remote and i should go to their outlet to know how to use this cooler. Its quite weird that their staff don't know what they are selling and rather they are playing with customer expectation. I wouldn't suggest buying from Hypercity
