The worst service one can experience ever. It was a buffet supposedly. They gave a group of 15 of us 2 plates of starters. When we asked for more, they just kept delaying saying we are making more starters. What kind of a buffet cant serve enough starters in a half full restaurant? After a while it became quite clear that they were delaying so that we would not eat more starters. After a while, they succeeded and we moved on to the main course. Surprise! Surprise! Half the courses were empty. We complained to the manager, who was a fresh faced guy who did not even have basic manners. When we asked him how there was no food in the buffet, he said we just have to wait. No apology. Nothing. We got royally pissed. We decided we were not going to leave till they served starters. When we said we would wait, they threw some half cooked panneer on our faces so that we would leave. We refused to pay the service charge on the bill as it was so bad. Any other place the manager himself would have waivedd the service charge. We and everybody else in the restaurant had to fight and argue with the idiot manager to get atleast the service charge waived. All said and done, I think I should mention that the starters they served initially were actually very good. But there is no way I am going back there again which is quite a shame really!!!
