Subject: complaint against Poor Quality product of Samsung
I purchased 1No. 26" LCD (Model - LA26D481) from Manjeet Electronics, your Dealer at Rudrapur (Uttranchal, INDIA) on dated 26.04.2012
& on Dated 15.06.2012 with in 2 Months of purchase it got defected due to its internal Problem (Main PCB Defect) now it is not showing any Display & Sound.
I had registered complaint & your service engineer has attend the call yesterday on 19th June & Assure to Repair the LCD with in Minimum 10-15 Days or more days because Defected Part (main PCB) is not available. and I am not satisfied with this kind of service which you are providing.
I need one stand by LCD till repairing or Replace the LCD immediately if you cannot repair the LCD immediately, I cannot wait for 15+ Days
This is your problem due to your Poor product design and all, why i will suffer.
I want immediate action on this other wise i will take further action.
