i visited soumis par lour but had a very bad experience they are more in to making money than giving service to the customer, first of all unnecessary there are 5-6 girls sitting on the customer service fighting with each other talking too much and not ready to help the customer, me and my friend went there to do facial when we ask them that we want to do facial and which facial will suit are skin they said that it is chargeable if they suggest us which facial to do we need to do bill first and after tat they will suggest otherwise we have to purchase some soumi product which was very surprising, any ways after that we said that we will do the750/- rs. facial then they started to push for the greater value facial we said we will do that only, after that we went inside we felt that we are in a unhygienic hospital types place where there are loads of bed and beds were dirty there were small rat moving and the dress which they provided to change that was used dress, and while facial there was too many girls inside the room the peace was missing, the facial was OK but due to the other factor i will not go to soumi any more soumi you are requested to read my review and work on it you can be better.last but not the least groom your staff how to take care of the customer then customer will love to spend money at your parlour don't force the customer ....
