i had been to bhima jewellers their jewellery is good in terms of designs, service is also okay, but their mc and wastage is very high, they dont have any firm policy on exchange ( within 3 days only you can exchange), while exchanging, they confuse the customer on gold rate. They take the highest rate ( first purchase has higher purchase means they take it ), even if on the day of exchange the gold rate has come down, they confuse the customer and make money out of it . While their designs are good their managers are not customer friendly . Some of the staff of course are okay but not all. In today's competitive world when all the Jewellers are in Bangalore which did not have any big names a few years back, Bhima cannot uphold their market share if they are not customer friendly especially the Koramangala branch
