Volkswagen has to improve on there service part. I called volkwagen for my car service. They said they will give me an date after 10 days. i dont know how people can manage for 10 days without using it. when its emergency they should serve people. when my car is due for service its my responcibility to get it serviced. if i run my car without servicing will these people pay for it if anything goes wrong. i dont understand their logic att all. if they have increased their sales they should increase their service centers as well. we cant depend only on one service center. other car dealers take car for service with a day or two. but these people give us date after 10 days. do you think customer will keep his car idle for 10 days without using it.
