The people who have invested in the premises need foot falls to earn revenue. Being situated in a posh area on one side of the town, visitors will the officers and staff of MECON, SAIL, Audit & Accounts, Judge's Colony, and residents of North and South Office Paras, as well as Hinoo. Public from off-route places, compared to Hinoo / Doranda will be non-existent.
