Purchased 29" LED television on 15.8.12.Even with everyday follow-up with the service desk it not yet installed upto now (22.8.12). Very poor response. Everyday I ring up they say that service technician has bee sent. There is no co-ordination at the service desk. How can a customer pay full amount and wait for product to be installed for more than a week in the metropolitan city of Chennai? H.Ramjeevan , Tondiarpet, Chennai - 81.
