I had bought some items from m/s Narbidhya Commerce Pvt. Ltd. vide invoice no.NCPL/02091/12-13 on 13/08/2012 at Sevoke Road at Silliguri Dt. Darjeeling. The wardrobe which was shown to me at the showroom was invoiced yo me as Z00368/VICTORIA 3 DOOR WARDROBE / WENGE. At the time of delivery the dealer had said that the wardrobe was deffective so it would take another few days as it would come from the company and a fresh item would be dellivered to me. After 8 days when I enquired after a few days I was dellivered the same product which was shown to me in the showroom I was baffelled as the packing was old and in tattered condition .The wadrobe was with flaws and the bottom drawer was not usable and no one was willing to listen. I brought it to the knowledge of the company personnel one Mr. Monojit Ghosh and later Mr. Arnab Roy Choudhury. They had assured that the matter would be looked into.On the 30/08/2012 one Mr. Pratik did come on the 30/08/2012 and inspectd the wardrobe and assured me it would be replaced.After which Matter remains in the same position. Tell me when a customer has given so much time the company is saying it will take another 30 days for the matter to be looked into. I hope the company will take immediate action to solve the problem.
