Fortis Hospitals

The worst thing about Fortis is its unprincipled management. Instead of being sympathetic to victims of medical negligence, it arm twists and intimidates them. Government of Karnataka recently cancelled the organ transplant license of Fortis. In September 2012, it was Fortis Seshadripuram which was caught performing illegal transplant surgeries. In my crusade I can say that Fortis builds up its case by perjury (suppressing evidence and false evidence), collusion and worse still forgery. If anyone wants details please contact me. NABH has cancelled the organ transplant accreditation of Fortis Hospital Bannerghatta Road Bangalore. They employ one Dr Ramcharan Thiagarajan who has performed four illegal cadaver organ transplant surgeries. Please check your bills - they charge two and a half times the prescribed rate for supplying blood to needy patients. There is one instance of commercial dealing in human organs in Fortis Bannerghatta Road Bangalore that I know from personal experience. There is a case of IPC 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) against Malvinder Singh (Chairman), Shivinder Singh (Executive Vice Chairman), Dr Selwyn Colasco (now at Fortis Cunningham Road), Dr Rajanna Sreedhara (nephrologist) and Dr Ramcharan Thiagarajan (surgeon) at JP Nagar Police Station Bangalore. http://www.indiamedicaltimes.com/2014/01/13/bangalore-hospital-banned-from-carrying-out-organ-transplants/#comment-30995

Fortis Hospitals

Fortis Hospital Seshadripuram has been doing organ transplant surgeries illegally for more than 3 years. The hospital does not have an organ transplant license in its name. I appeal to the public to beware. After Fortis Hospital Bannerghatta where there is a ban on organ transplant surgeries, it will soon be the turn of Fortis Hospital Seshadripuram.
