Bonsouth is one of the best restaurants in town for classy atmosphere and great attention to detail of each dish. It's expensive but they put so much care into each dish and making each dish unique. They basically offer a few dishes from the various South Indian regions. Every dish was memorable!

[i tried] - buffet curries and rotis (tasty) i was not impressed. it was similar to any lunch buffet you can find. - chicken and mutton roast appetizer (tasty) I had heard a bunch about this place. The lunch buffet was not that impressive but I'd like to go back for dinner sometime. It's definitely tasty but not amazing. The appetizers were definitely the best.

[i tried] - soda sherbet! (mind blowing) - salad (the have a limited salad bar but the lettuce was great) - chicken dish the manager custom made (mind blowing) - desserts (mind blowing) - wine (expensive) This place is a hidden gem. It's pricey but the location (overlooks Brigade Road) and the atmosphere (outdoor mediterranean decorations) are worth it. They have a 30-minute time limit on the hookahs but they service and food has been delicious enough for us to not care. It also has a romantic feel to it with candles and petals in the center of each table. I recommend at least checking this place out. Both times I've been the manager has custom made us dishes. We asked for something really spicy and he came through both times!

[i tried] - szechwan noodles (tasty) - shredded lemon/chili chicken (tasty) both items were pretty healthy tasting and they made me hot sauce fresh! other than the hot sauce though, the dishes were not especially amazing. they do have an extensive menu though so i may go back and try some new things next time.

HOOKAH, EATS. (Church Street) persian eatery with a nice view of church street.across from lacoste. [i tried] - hookah - 30 minute time limit = lame - dal fry (tasty) - chicken/lamb dishes (edible) This place has disappointed me multiple times. They're strict about the 30 minutes for the hookah. To be fair, I might not have ordered their best dishes but everything I've had has been less than impressive. If you're on Church Street and craving hookah, then this might be an okay bet.
