Beware of srinivasagowda. Six months back this person was operating from Vasanthnagar, palace cross road and had given ad for the same sri durga residency, promising immediate registration. Believing the ad, i approached him and he talked and behaved nicely and asked me to make the immediate advance payment. i paid him, a substantial amount as advance after which he stopped taking my calls and on personal visits, started giving evasive answers. i used to go and sit in his office from morning to evening and came to know that , i am not the only one to be cheated by this person. many more people used to come there to recover their advance payments. he stopped coming to that office and later closed. he has opened the office in this new address and given the ad for the same property again to cheat many more people. i am putting this to warn u all before approaching him. i hope others who are cheated by this person will also come forward and put their story for others use.
