We had a bad experience recently. We have been regular visitors to Saravana Bhavan for many years and even recommended this place for the closest to home food taste for southern cuisines. However, in our last visit we noticed that quality, taste, service and the attitude of the managers have all degraded big time. The experience was so bad that we left without eating, inspite of the long wait to get a table and place the order and so on. The guys who were in-charge had no regret whatsoever.
