Hi All, Please enqire with them properly before you venture to buy the property. We were cheated by Orange Propety"s Vijay Ravipati Tata, who owns this bussiness now. We invested in 2008 and till date we are waiting for our 10 lakhs refund hopelessly. They are big cheaters. I am not the only one there in this case against him and Ashfaq Ahmed who created Granity Properties. Both of them put together collected around 11 crores from the customers and went underground. The case is still pending with the High Court and we still waiting for the money we invested endlessly. They are BIG FRAUDS. Please check the case against Orange and Granity properties in the High court for further information. We have information that Vijay has started this company after Orange Properties. Please ensure it is not him behind this venture. If yes please stay away!
