Please do not go with this guy.. its simply earning money by stoling the items from our package... I sent below mail to them..
I got my package on last wednusday and thank you for delivering it to me. The most frustating thing is, Ghee which is of 1.5KG was taken out from my package and it is missing. If it was taken out by USA customs, they will definitely left the slip in the package. I did not see any slip and hence I am assuming that it was taken by some people in India only.
I do not know how you have charged for 12 KGs, if 1.5KG is missing in the package. Before hand overing to your courier boy, we have mesuread the weight and it was 10.25 KGs. All the items inside the package was broken and they are simply useless to me. Your team did not packed any thing and they just sent the packge cover which they received.
You may earned 1000 rupees by calculating extra weight but you are loosing entire business from me. As mentioned in our initial conversation, two of my friends are seriously waiting for my package to deliver to initiate their request. As my package was delivered with out taking basic care, they are trying for other courier service,
I never mind if you have charged extra 50 rupees for each KG, but taking the money in this way is not at all good if you want to maintain long term relationships with customers. I already left my feed back about unitedexpress on all my social networking sites and I strongly recomended by friends not to go with your courier system.
The intention of this email is not to get any rupees back to my account (bcoz its nothing for me).. and I am sure I will not send any more packages thorugh your system.
