I agree!!! with every one grievance.. My mother can to emergency section due to shortness of breath, every seem to busy chatting away to glory, while she in need of oxygen, finally when do arrive the no difference between a doctor or nurse. They punched her several time in order to find a vein and spilled the blood on the floor with non care about the patient.
I lost my cool called the hospital director who brought some relief, post that every had different face. When we moved her to ICU, the security are down right pathetic and there some nurse who was trying act PR, and quoted she must high sugar .. My mom never had sugar she got the report confused, which I escalated this to the directer, she denied stated that....
The on duty doctor, were inapt and had no considerations for screen and shouting,while in the ICU not wonder people don't recover.. I lost it again, that doc asked to sign NOC stated I was taking my mom against medical advise .. in a very threatening tone.. this time the director took head and made the doc to apologize for his behaviors.
It a sad and sick place,, the idea it make which I'm ok.. but provide service accordingly is waht we ask.. the food provided is so pathetic when adtmitted.
