I booked tickets online and the amount got deducted . I got the tickets for a Saturday though I booked for Friday. There is no response from the customer care.Just to check I tried booking over phone and I got all new show timings for the movie as to what was shown on their site. I wish I get my money back. I will never again book tickets at PVR. There are many more better multiplexes in Chennai.
