I had a horrible experience at Alliance Francais. My 1st level course teacher was awesome, but A2 level teacher was aweful, impatient and constantly cribbing about the lack of facilities at Alliance Francais and picking on students in the class. Her name is Brijveen, I had asked Alliance for the name of the teacher beforehand but they refused to tell me. There should be a change in policy and a student investing 8000/- for the course should be told the name of the teacher alteast!!
