I am extremely disappointed by their services. In the evening at 9 pm I had booked (booking ID 16465) for a cab for 7.00 am in the morning.
At 7 am when I called to find out why the cab had not come I was told it will take half an hour to reach you, then again after half an hour when I called I received the same answer. At last they cancelled my booking and simply they told vehical is not available.
The person in charge took no responsibility of this and just washed his/her hands away. I was forced to look alternative because of this carelessness and irresponsibility.
I am extremely disappointed by your service.
I expect you to take action for this or else your customers will lose trust in your services.
