We experienced such a worst service from this store. Staffs are not trained properly and they are not customer centric.
We purchased new product and within 3 days it has gone faulty. Just they routed us to service vendor and we are trying to fix this with repeated calls with vendor. But no response. I am not sure about other Croma Stores. But as consumer, we are having tough time to get this resolved. We spent 15k and couldnt enjoy the product..
