I had taken connection, I had to wait for 7 months to get the connection. They do not provide complete details on the procedure to get the connection. once we go there for connection they make us run to get couple of Notary certificate for address. where theres only one lawyer who comes at 3 or 3-30 when we come back with the notary certificate. they asked to come next day. when we went next day they said they need another notary certificate. finally all documents submitted. and we could get only one cylinder to get another cylinder we have to produce ration card, so i do not have one i did not apply for 2nd cylinder. It took 7 months finally the day came where i was told to come and pay the money. they asked me to pay 5000 rupees when i got the biil i was charged for the below] stove cylinder stand lighter stove mysore sandal soap pack which was 300 rupees. when i told them that i don't require all this they removed the soap pack and it after creating a scene. when i was talking to my friend outside they called me and shouted at me, stating not to tell others about it well i was foced to buy the stove when i denied i don't require the stove. they said someone will come home and make sure you dont ahve a stove only then connection will be given until then i will not get connection. finally i had to take the stove and leave the place. this dosent end here whwenever i call for refill booking i get message that it has been booked i take leave and stay back home the next day when i get a message stated below Dear Indane customer, against your refill booking 747590 cash memo 17375 generated cylinder shall be delivered shortly. and this "shortly" was 3 days i had booked refill on 16th november 2012 53586 consumer number when i called the agency they said its been dispatched from their end and should reach shortly and disconnected the call. whenever i called them they say its dispatched and will reach again disconnect the call. they are always rude and their behaviour is treating customers like slave. and other thing i want to bring to your notice is that they person who comes to suppy the cylinder charges 10 to 20 more from the bill price. when i deny to pay next time i dont get the refill cylinder in time. I dont understand i have to take leaves till i get the refill cylinder. as its dispatched on 17 th november nad till 6.30 its not delivered it to me. and when i called gas agency since morning they say it has been dispatched. how ever at 6 when i called they say i will get the connection on monday only that is 19th november its taking 4 days to get refill cylinder as i ahve only one and i book only once in 4 months still i dont get it
