This is a serious complaint.Today I wanted to report regarding our Samsung Microwave oven to get professional help.I rang the mobile no listed in Adyar Area.No response.Then I tried Mylapore.The mobile no listed went to someone.Possibly wrong no listed.Then i dialed the land line.No help.It directed me to go to autoexchange.I tried the same.After waiting for 2 mts I got through a lady.Before I could explain she rang off saying that she did not hear any immediate response.Good for Samsung.
