Let me bring to you kind notice through this medium that your Karol Bagh store has shown unprofessionalism. I used your store for which a trial had to be done on the 18th of Novemeber, however the order was not ready for trial on the promoised date, which resulted in spoiling the function on the 24th for which I could not wear the dress. Upon asking the reason , i was told this was due to festival holidays in between. My question is if you are not able to deliver what you promise then dont promise. Since I do not stay in Delhi, it is not possible for me to come to your store on your convenience. I came on the 25th for a trial ). Upon asking from the store about the owners e mail address, I was directly denied for the same.
Do you think will I ever recommend your business to any one ?
You might be a huge business house, however some of the people at shop floor are ruining the business !
Being part of hospitality industry, I hope you must be well aware of the golden rule about service and product.
