I AM AKSHAY BANDEKAR. I HAVE PURCHASED A SAMSUNG SPLIT AC FROM YOUR Snehanjali Electronics, Vasai Road West, Thane BRANCH AT LAST YEAR. RECENTLY I'AM FACING PROBLEM ABOUT WATER DRIPPING IN SIDE. SO I HAVE REPORTED TO THE SAME BRANCH FOR THE SAME CONCERN AND GIVEN THE REPORT TO THE THERE STAFF WHICH THEY HAVE WRITTEN IN THERE REGISTER ON 1/11/2012. BUT STILL THE CONCERN IS NOT RESOLVED.
SO I HAVE REPORTED THE Snehanjali Electronics, Vasai Road West, Thane HAD TALK WITH THE MR. VIJAY SINGH, BUT THE PERSON & HIS LANGUAGE WITH THE CUSTOMER IS NOT GOOD. HE WAS JUST ASKING ME TO PARCHES THE SERVICE CONTRACT. HE IS NOT BOTHER ABOUT FOR WHAT REASON I HAVE VISITED. THEN I HAVE TOLD HIM TO RESOLVE MY CONCERN FIRST THEN ALL LOOSE TALKS STARTED "YOU CALL THE SAMSUNG SERVICE, THEY WILL COME AFTER 3-4 DAYS THEN THEY WILL CHECK N ALL...." WHICH IS NOT SATISFACTORY TO ME. IF IT WAS LIKE THAT THEN THEY SHOULD TOLD ME ON THE SAME DAY NA . WHY SHOULD I VISIT FOR THE SAME THING.
IF YOU ARE HAVING SUCH KIND OF PEOPLE I DON'T THINK ANY ONE WANT TO PERCHES THE PRODUCT FROM YOUR ORGANISATION. SO KINDLY DO THE NEED FULL & I'M WAITING FOR YOUR REPLY.
