VW Whitefield is no exception to the other VW dealerships / workshops. I went there to get the 1st service for my car done. On coming back I found the rotary switch of my ORVMs broken. When I visited them back, they tried to put it on me and said that it was broken at the time of giving the car for service. However, they finally agreed to replace the part at no extra cost. Since the part was not there at the time, they said it'll take 3-4 days for it to arrive and then they will give a call to me and I can get the part replaced. It's been more than a week and I still don't know if the part has arrived, or when it will be replaced.

Shah Packers And Movers

I had to arrange for another packer and mover at the 11th hour and pay a premium for the same when I chose Shah Packers and Movers at Kavalbyrasandra. The concerned person, Syed, didnt return calls when there was a delay from his side in sending a vehicle to shift my things. The helpers sent by Shah were unprofessional and their handling of my household items were way below satisfactory. After my shifting got delayed by 3-4 hours and seeing this unprofessional behavior of the staff, I had to ask them to leave and had to arrange for an alternate packers and movers. I would have saved a lot of time, money and anxiety if I had gone for a local vehicle with a few helpers who are available almost everywhere in Bangalore. In retrospect I think they would have done a better job than Shah Packers and Movers. In short, you can opt for Shah if you dont have a time constraint on your shifting, dont mind your household items being mishandled and leaving it all to luck for your items to reach their destination safely. Last but not least, if you go for Shah, you should not mind if the staff doesn't return your calls or display any such unprofessional behavior.
