Not good...was a regular customer untill now...not very frequent though...they don't manage to get stains off the shirts...and when questioned they will justify the stains by saying... it's a diffficult stain and such stains dont go...it surely pisses u off when u send so much and still the stains stay....my maid and the neighbourhood Dhobi can do the same job then...and one more pissing off thing is that if u loose the receipt pay 20 rs extra....they have designed there system just to mint money from the customers...won't recommend
