Worst customer service, show room executive informed me that a wrist watch is free along with the TV as shahs gift for the new year day. But after making the payment for the bill, he told me that the watch is not available at this time and the same will be handed over by next day. I called the executive many time, everytime he is not responding properly and try to avoid to give the promised free item to me. Be aware of their cheating tactices.
