Purchased HI-TACHI split AC along with KEELINE stabilizer from reliance digital anna salai.Stabilizer failed to function within months.As adviced by reliance digital deposited the unit with reliance digital, for necessary action, on 08.09.2012 and obtained the copy of job SHEET NO.491 dt.08.09.2012.Subsequently made more than 20 calls to enquire about the status of the unit.Till date they never revealed the status of the unit deposited making the customer to think twice before purchasing any thing in future.My question is why relience promoting such a sub standared material and earning bad name by making their customers to be on toes for months together.I am not satisfied neither with the service given nor with the attitude of the staff posted there at reliance digital anna salai.Oh GOD atleast you tell me when I am going to get back my ailing(NEW) AC stabilize from RELIANCE DIGITAL..
