Pathetic Service
Went to coffee day today ordered for 3 Coffee's , After placing the order i had requested to have the coffee served in those paper cups , just as a preference . The guy at the counter
( SUDEEP ) refused saying that you have already been billed for dine in and now you are asking for take away , he said that he cannot as there is count for cups . I even asked him that we will pay for the cups if required .
He starts to get defensive and says no it is your fault and not mine that you did not ask before billing , and started talking in a very very unprofessional manner , act very rude , Only after a heated discussion does he call his ( Area Manager ) and he authorizes the release of paper cups.
This is not what i expected from coffee day , I really do not think coffee day should mind giving 3 paper cups after paying approx 250/- for 3 coffee's and what makes things even worse is that it needs an area managers approval.
Seriously for 3 PAPER CUPS !!!!
