Lesson learntâ¦â¦..AVOID Buying MADE IN CHINA Productsâ¦â¦And AVOID THIS STORE IN JAYANAGAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These guys know the least in managing customerâs expectations and are least bothered about their customers.
I had a horrifying customer experience at one store in Jayanagar 4th Block Bangalore called the âPathra Bhandarâ. This store deals with kitchen items. I have been buying from this store for the last few years now, of course not very often, however if I have any requirement for my kitchen I would get this store in mind.
3 weeks back, I happened to visit this store as I wanted to buy a salad bowl. Instead did a mistake of picking up a Vegetable dicer that too âMade in Chinaâ. This is the same one thatâs shown regularly on the TV Shop. Unfortunately the blades were gone even before I used them and I could not even dice an onion.
Now begins the most terrible customer experience I have had to go through. This store made me buy tomatoes and onions and checked the dicer and finally decided that this was not working. They told me to come back the next week as they wanted to send the product to the company they got it from. They sent me back again saying another week after this. Finally I got a call from the store that the blades had worn off and the company would replace them. I went to pick this up yesterdayâ¦..to my dismay I was told that the product was bad and I need to share their losses. So as the MRP I had paid was Rs600, I was told to pick up any item for Rs 300.
I was shocked, I created a big scene and sat in the store refusing to budge. Finally I was told to pick up something for Rs 600. Lesson learntâ¦â¦..AVOID Buying MADE IN CHINA Products AND AVOID this store .
