This is the most unprofessional service I have seen from a service center. I had logged a call on 11th Jan for my Plasma TV HDMI port not working. The technician came and inspected and mentioned within a week the HDMI board will come and we will change. Its been 20 days now, and on calling all that i get as an answer is "the board will come next week...!!!" for them next week has never come. Mr. Sarvanan, the manager, has no clue, and is not interested in serving the customer.
Pathetic service..!!
