i visited today kauvery hospital @ alwarpet for muscular pain.very very bad service.there were no patients at all.but for registration they took 10 minutes and after that met the conultant.he is called consultant but he desnt even have time to consult with us.in two minutes he wrote the prescription and due to severe pain i asked for injection,so he wrote it back side and gave to reception and started.then they told to collect the injection in pharmacy.i have gone to many hospitals.but i have not experienced this bad of service .she consulted doctor ,her coleague everybody and gave the medicine in twenty min.then after i went to 2nd floor for injection.that nurse injected and she made my other hand bulk.already i was in pain in one hand and she injected in vein and she made the other hand bulk.after that again i went to ground floor to pa the consultation fees rs 300.who has not even spared 3 minutes.i really shouted and came out..please even in case of emergency dont go there.they will kill you by telling to move to 1st floor to 3rd floor..very very poor service..
