My order no. 2000090748 was placed in October 2012 and till date 24th March 2013 it's not yet delivered. Home town representative did came with order at my residence but Sofa was torn and broken. He insisted me to take delivery but I didn't. I've personally been to HT and met their sales respresentative multiple time but i hear same old story. I've already wasted 1000 Rs in parking to visit HT but these people don;t understand customers problem.
