I had a very bad experience and will not recommend anyone to go there. Their after sales service is pathetic. I had just purchased a Z-10 blackberry phone from Croma at Mega mall . Within a week I went back as my email g=from Gmail could not be configured. Their salesperson Mr. Pratik (not good at all) said he would try to get things worked out. However, their showroom lacks internet connectivity. They could not configure the email address....... I then took the help from Airtel (they are really good!). They put me onto the RIM team in Canada who politely wrote an emai lto me on 3rd April confirming that they cannot help me further. ! So, I should return the phone. However, CROMA at Megamall still does not understand. I returned the phone to them in two weeks which they said would go to the service center and I should hear from them in 2-3 days. However, I have still not heard from them. Additionally, to my utmost surprise, when I go there they are not even sure if my phone is back or not and only after I make a lot of noise, they find my phone which is lying in one drawer in a sorry state. So much care for a product of Rs.50,000!!!!! They confirm software update is done and my mail should configure, however, once again all of us are disappointed!. The email with 2 step verification does not get configured. They still do not exchange the phone for me. I think this is my last expereince with Croma. I will not recommend anybody to do any purchases there. They are now sitting on my money and the phone! So all of you BE WARE!!!!!!
