I have taken the service of Residential packers and Movers to move my household goods from Bangalore to Thane. It was a pathetic experience and no one should ever opt for their service unless you want to damage your goods and face huge delays in delivery.
They hire services from other small packers and movers and do not take responsibility at all.
They broke my computer table, the rear view mirrors and the indicator lights of my two wheeler and misplaced the washing machine stand which I never received again. Their counter part in Airoli totally ignored the situation and passed the blame to bangalore office. They have zero coordination. When my goods arrived, they sent only one person to download the goods. I had to help that person to download and assemble my goods.
