Sir/ Madam, My daughter has passed ICSE ( Class-X) examination from a Calcutta school. Before publication of results she was admitted provisionally in that school for Class- XI-XII but was not allotted Registration No under the ICSE Board. Now after the results I have decided to shift her to a school under CBSE board for Class-XI -XII. The old school is not going to give her T.C and I don't know the reasons behind such decision, though I don't claim a single penny back from them out of what I paid to them for her provisional admission and 3 months tution fees etc. Under such circumstances whom should I write and to what address in order to obtain N.O.C for my daughter's admission in a school under CBSE Board? I don't want to take any legal step against any educational institution because it is against my ethics but at the same time I don't want my daughter to get compelled to go against her wish, which she is entitled as per law. Kindly suggest me the way out, giving the address , email etc and what documents I have to attach in such application. Kindly reply to my email id kkkbs8@yahoo.co.in or sumniikm8@gmail.com.
