Sir, this is shobha from bangalore I had booked a refill for my gas connection on May 13, 2013.. and the reference No. is 833150. In response to that i got a SMS from 54411.on May . that your booking is cancelled , and i went to agency and again i booked but still i don't have received any sms i called to agency number but they staff were highly irresponsible people they have no common sense and no response my call and also told it will be coming ofter 3 days five day like that and also selling cooking gas in black rate for HOTEL,CAR & OTHER COMERCIAL ACTTIVITY, I have booked may 13th 2013 till date i have not received my refill . Kindly see that a cylinder is delivered as early as possible. My con. no.97240. The agency is Kalpana gas agency Vijayanagar.Please kindly cancelled that agency its my humble request to you sir really they don't have phone sense. One of worst agency in Bangalore. and irresponsible staff please take action immediately its my humble request.
