Avoid this hospital. Here’s what happened to me personally in detail at this hospital. Not only do they charge unnecessarily but also make such grave errors. I used to have a good experience sometime back, but this is unacceptable. For the supposed TSH test conducted, they asked us to collect the report the next day. So, I went on 20.02.2014 around 12:45 PM and collected the report. Dr. Ramya had asked me to tell her the TSH value once I received the report. It was 5.66. After informing this to Dr Ramya over a call, she asked me to increase her eltroxin tablet from 25 mcg to 37.5 mcg, which we followed from 21.02. I wanted to document every detail of my mother’s condition to make it easy for us to refer to the values as she’s suffering from depression and has other ailments(BP, Sugar and Cholesterol) for which she’s taking medicine. Strangely, I found her T3, T4 and TSH values identical(to the decimal points) to that of a test done on 13.08.2013 at the same hospital. After looking at both of those reports closely, I realised the new report that they gave me on 20.02.2014 was the same as 13.08.2013. Used to be a regular here. But, the service has gone down like crazy. One absolutely ridiculous incident I need to highlight. While having a drink, one of them came and said they had forgotten to bill me for a biriyani more than a month ago and wanted me to pay now. It was the way it was put that really put me off. While I told them I can't when they started almost arguing, they gave me a bill which was handwritten saying the machine is not working. First time that's happened in the hundreds of time I have visited this place. Wonder why. Never going back to this disgusting place again.
