kotak mahindra bank agent said me that for car loan you should have to take kotak life insurance plan..in that way i had taken life insurance plan for car loan up to 90% as they said.but now they r saying that i am not having residential address of thane, thats why they r rejecting my car loan. Now my Q is they should have to chek my residential adress before insurance plan.my 60000 gone in insurance plaan nd 11000 deposit i have given to car showroom for booking. plz do favour to help me. thanking you.
