It is quite a pathetic place and I advice nearby ITC Windsor. You will not regret your choice.
We recently purchased the Lalit loyality and decided to go to the Lalit on a special occasion and were expecting decent hospitality. The staff was rude and we speak to the duty manager and his superior and they were both rude in resolving our issue on membership and accommodating us in the restaurant.
They actually said if we are regular customer (not member), they would be able to serve us better. The hotel staff (including duty manager) wasted our precious evening time and disappeared instead of closing the issue.
We decided to went to the nearby Windsor, the staff was very friendly. Once we told about our special occasion, the duty manager himself took us to the Afghani restaurant and provided us a table near the pool. And the nice evening ended with a surprise desert at Windsor.
Once again, do not buy membership at the lalit and don't waste your time going there.
