I was very excited to buy a pair of Atesber Hand made shoe from this store. The sales executive was very convincing and promised a lot about the pair of shoe I chose. I used it for not more than 2 months and the material itself tore off.. When I went to the store with the shoe and bill the so called "manager" refused to even look at it. When I bought the shoe, the sales executive had promised they would replace the shoe within 6 months if the shoe was damaged provided I have the bill. When I told this to the Manager, he said that's the reason why the sales executive was asked to leave the job. He had provided false promises to the customers. Now is it my mistake as a customer to have bought the shoe from this store... Very disappointing that the staff lie to the customers just to increase their sales target. Never would visit the store again.
