UNIVERCELL HELL~~~the worst mobile dealers in the country. and the worst dealer branch is the one in mathikere, on yeswantpur main road. you are mobile sellers, that doesnt mean the sales persons there are supposed to be talking non stop on their own mobs. taking & making personal calls. i wanted to buy a samsung galaxy note by exchanging my nokia n8. first they put in a service request for a handset, after 15 minutes again put in request for flap cover, then after another 15 minutes put in request for screen guard, then after 10 minutes for a form for the exchange offer of which they should have had a simple photocopy of. after waiting for 1 hour they say form not available anywhere. We threathened to walk out and not a single person even bothered to ask us to stay. they have given a complaint no of a certain ms usha, when called the call gets diverted, rings and then says busy! WORST MOBILE DEALERS IN THE COUNTRY! BEST AVOIDED! GO TO A SAMSUNG STORE DIRECTLY! GIVE RESPECT & TAKE RESPECT!
